The Miami Heat

The Miami Heat are having a great season this year. Especially LeBron James, Dwyane Wade, and Chris Bosh. Their record is 30-12. That is the 2nd best in the east behind the Celtics' 30-9. The Heat are on a 3 game losing streak which is not like them. I think they will have a chance of being in 1st place by the playoffs. Do you?

The Red Sox

I'm a Yankees fan, but I think the Red Sox are going to do well this year. They have a pretty good pitching staff and they have a great line up. They have Big Papi, Youkolis, A- Gon, and Crawford. That is a lot of big bats. I want the Yankees to win the east, but they have a competition.

The Phillies

Are the Phillies going to get in to the playoffs this year? If you think the Phillies are, then tell me how they will get in. They have the best rotation in baseball: Roy Halladay, Cliff Lee, Roy Oswalt, and Cole Hamels. They need to find another righty who can hit because they lost J Werth.

Andy Pettitte

Is Andy Pettitte going to retire or not? That is the question I ask you readers to answer. He has said yes and no and yes and no. It's time he says the truth about retiring. He is younger than Mariano Rivera so why should he retire. He has been on two teams. The Houston Astros and the New York Yankees. Here a few pictures from his career.

Brett Favre is retiring after the 2011 football season. He holds the record for most games started in a row with 297 games. He is the Cal Ripken jr of football. He has been on 3 teams throughout his career. The Green Bay Packers, the New York Jets, and the Minesota Vikings. I have pictures from his long career.
